We’re committed to being flexible and working with our customers on a case by case basis. We’ve a trained team to deal with customers experiencing financial difficulties, to help and support our customers during this challenging time.

Our customers are important to us and we are here to help you at this challenging time by answering questions about your car, van, home and farm insurance and about your pensions, savings, investments and life cover.

We recognise the effort our customers are making to reduce the spread of Covid-19 by staying at home and keeping travel to a minimum. With fewer cars on the roads during the current travel restrictions, we’re seeing a reduction in the number of claims coming in. We want to pass this saving back to you, our loyal customers, at this difficult time.

Many charities and community organisations are looking for support right now. We are delighted to assist our employees in getting involved in community efforts, and we have extended our volunteering leave for every employee from one day annually to three days annually for 2020. 


Tackle Your Feelings is an all-island mental wellbeing campaign, funded by the Z Zurich Foundation and developed in collaboration with Zurich in Ireland and Rugby Players Ireland.
